Shipping

Orders shipped from Paris, France. We are shipping worldwide.

We will provide you with a shipping price list very soon. Meanwhile please make a reference to the shipping price when checking out your cart.

NOTE: The shipping methods we have currently doesn't contain insurance but able to track worldwide. If you would like to add insurance or prefer other shipping methods, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery time may take longer during holiday seasons or due to custom delays.

International shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees. If an order is placed online, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping.

Return & Refund

Return will be only accepted if the item has arrived damaged or defective. For all return requests, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order and a photo if it is required. The defective item must be shipped within 15 day of receiving your order. We will issue the refund AFTER the item is returned to me in the original unused and undamaged condition. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition or, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If customs charges should be incurred while shipping,  these charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Additional Notes

Each piece is made of natural and synthetic materials which carries individual uniqueness in its patterns, shapes and colors. I find a beauty in such asymmetrical geography in my jewelry and I humbly ask for your understanding.   

We always try to take as accurate a picture of the pieces as possible. Please be aware that many computer monitors don't display colors as true as they really are.

All pictures are shown larger than actual size to be able to clearly show the details. Please pay a close attention to the size of the items.
